Mandarin duck

This particularly pretty and colourful bird is the Mandarin Duck.
It lives mostly in Eastern Asia and is around 45cm long with 70cm wingspan.
This bird is kind of a cousin to a Wood Duck, that lives in North America.

The most characteristic parts of Mandarin Duck is long, white crescent above the eyes and shaggy neck.
