And who could not even be connected to the site, at the very moment the connection drops and we suckers we try to know what happened and when the prizes are out back … I do not understand this as just someone take advantage of that and not me, you can not even compete, what’s the point of accumulating points for a year, maintain fidelity to a site with problems even when it is time for you to be compensated is literally excluded … I’m disappointed!

Moribus, we are sorry but we must protect redemption day. Those who logged the faster have the best chance of winning winner. We did everything, what we can to protect and make our servers work and that’s why some greenzoners can’t log in some moments. That’s only way we can do redemption in our servers now.
Nobody said that the January redemption will be last. Your EPP is still usefull. Remember about it.
I was logged in and waiting for the exact moment of redemption, but as soon as it came hararie the connection is dropped and did not return until the time of 4:21 pm this is not good for anyone … even if I am upset and very disappointed with it, believed in the project during the time that nothing happened and when things start to happen … I am excluded not right …
I was logged when the redemption beggin and the server crashed for 21 minutes… you said that if we have greenpower accounts we wont have problems…. but I`m not the only one who cannot redeem anything till 21 minutes after the redemption begin….. It`s not fear.
